Job Summary
Prep Cook at AttaGirl's scratch kitchen responsible for all aspects of their assigned prep station, following recipe specifications and food safety procedures, setting up and maintaining station, assisting line cooks with recipes, stocking deliveries, cleaning and sanitation, and ensuring on-time readiness with proper uniform. Demonstrates basic knife skills, multitasking, clear communication with teammates and management, and a strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced team environment to deliver high-quality prepared foods.
