Prep Cook

Set up and stock kitchen stations with all necessary supplies, then prepare food for service including chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and making sauces. Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff while ensuring food comes out simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion. Answer, report, and follow executive or sous chef's instructions, and clean up stations and manage leftover food. Stock inventory appropriately to support operations. This role is part of a growing Miami team at Vino, which features handmade pastas, Sicilian pizzas, and signature entrées like spicy rigatoni and veal chop.
