Job Summary
Prepare food for regular and therapeutic diets according to the planned menu; follow proper food handling and food safety techniques; ensure correct portion sizes and timely service; maintain proper temperatures and record temperatures; keep the work area clean; prepare food for special events; taste dishes for quality and palatability; label, date and store food properly; assist with recipe and menu improvements; participate in events and support residents with meals; SERVSAFE certification is a big plus; great opportunity to grow with a company dedicated to senior care.
