Prep Cook - Lake Jackson Chili's

Execute all recipe procedures and prepare a variety of foods using different preparation methods. Follow company safety and sanitation policies while completing assigned prep work to stock and set-up stations. Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. Prior experience in food and beverage service and preparation is preferred. Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with the ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required. Use slicers, mixers, grinders, and food processors as needed.
