Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Prep Cooks / Kitchen Steward to support kitchen operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring the culinary team has the tools and environment needed to deliver outstanding guest experiences. Responsibilities include washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes; maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment; assisting with food preparation; and supporting kitchen readiness. This role requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and the ability to follow safe food handling practices. The position offers opportunities to gain valuable culinary skills and contribute to high-profile banquets and events.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
- Stand/walk for extended periods
- Work in hot and wet environments
- Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous stewarding or prep cook experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness, safety, and teamwork
- Ability to take direction, follow procedures, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
