Job Summary
Prepare food items in accordance with corporate recipes and established standards, assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to ensure the menu and guest service expectations are met, adhere to recipes and safety logs, complete required food and safety logs per regulations, obtain ServSafe or State Food Handler Certification, work a variety of shifts, and contribute to a high-performing culinary team focused on guest satisfaction and compliance with ISO/Health standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Culinary training/experience (1 year minimum)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with many types of personalities in a positive and productive way
- Knowledge of food preparation and storage, sanitation requirements
- Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
- Obtain ServSafe or State Food Handler Certification
- Flexibility to work day, night, weekend and holiday shifts
- Understand ISO/Health and Safety standards and policies
