Job Summary
Prepare and cook food items in a fast-casual space to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize food revenues while maintaining County Health/Sanitation and Legends Hospitality standards. Maintain proper equipment operational conditions and clean regularly, rotating to other service locations when necessary. Implement a guest service philosophy that guides fellow associates, ensuring only the highest-quality product is served through effective communication and prudent financial practices. Ideal candidate will be ServSafe Certified with at least 2-3 years of cooking experience in contract foodservice, preferably in premium services, catering, and concessions environments. Must be at least 18 years old, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexible to work extended hours including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe Certified
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Culinary degree or graduated from a certified apprenticeship program with a minimum of 2-3 years of cooking experience in the contract foodservice industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment
- Strong commitment to delivering a high level of customer and client service with demonstrated initiative and leadership
- Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management
- Flexibility to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a team environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- Ability to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
