Job Summary
Wash, chop, cut, weigh, mix, and cook ingredients according to set recipes and food safety standards. Clean, set up, and break down kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas. Cover, label, and date all food products, and follow all food safety rules for proper storage. Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment as needed. Work in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines. Full-time Saturday through Wednesday 6:00AM-2:PM.
Required Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of kitchen language
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Neat and professional appearance
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ Years of Food Prep Experience would be nice
- Conversational Spanish a plus
