Job Summary
Prep Cook will communicate with management to receive prep tasks and determine order of work, complete the daily prep list, and take on extra duties from management. Role requires following safety, sanitation, and food handling standards, operating kitchen equipment, setting up stations for shifts, preparing menu items per company recipes, maintaining clean prep areas and equipment, and communicating with management and team. Must work collaboratively in a high-activity kitchen, handle time-sensitive tasks, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds in a loud, high-energy environment. Availability includes holidays, nights, and weekends. Education includes HS diploma or GED; State Food Handler certificate required; 18+ years old; prior prep/line cook experience preferred.

- Previous experience as a prep or line cook preferred
