Execute all recipe procedures and prepare a variety of foods using different methods of preparation. Complete assigned prep work to stock and set-up stations while following company safety and sanitation policies. Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment by demonstrating a friendly, warm demeanor and thinking quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume setting. Use equipment such as slicers, mixers, and food processors to support station readiness. Prior experience in food and beverage service and preparation is preferred.
