Job Summary
The Prep Cook will maintain a safe and sanitary work environment while performing kitchen duties, including cleaning, food preparation, and ensuring proper food temperatures. Responsibilities also include accepting or rejecting food deliveries, reporting issues, and following prep lists from the chef. Candidates should have good communication skills, knowledge of safe food handling, and the ability to work with kitchen staff. A flexible schedule and the ability to lift heavy items are required.
