Job Summary
Prepare salads, appetizers, and various foods per the prep sheet. Carry miscellaneous weights up to 75lbs. Extensive cleaning from floor to ceiling. Read and write as well as verbally communicate. Physical functions include adjusting, bending, lifting, and handling a variety of tasks; mental functions include advising, calculating, coordinating, and supervising. Methods and procedures include cutting meats and fish, selecting and weighing items, sharpening knives, wrapping and dating items, and coordinating tasks in a limited space. Daily output tasks follow specified time limits with performance outcomes. Equipment and working conditions involve stainless steel/work surfaces, hazardous electrical equipment, and a range of temperatures and noise levels. Reports to management and leadership at the Cattle Baron restaurant group with locations in New Mexico and Texas.
