Prep Cook at Lola's Taco Bar responsible for preparing ingredients and components for tacos, burritos, bowls, salads, and catering orders; follow recipes and production schedules; weigh, label, date, and store prepared products; set up prep stations; assist line cooks; receive deliveries; support catering; maintain FIFO and ensure food safety and sanitation; collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
