Job Summary
Prep Cook at Violet Crown Cinema & Bistro will follow recipes, communicate prep needs to management, complete the daily prep list, operate kitchen equipment, set up stations, prep food according to standards, maintain cleanliness and proper rotation, and assist with additional duties as assigned. Requires ability to work with management, practice food safety and sanitation, take direction, work calmly under pressure, be hospitality-minded and guest-focused, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must have HS Diploma or GED, State Food Handler certificate, and be 18+. Availability to work holidays, nights, and weekends preferred.
