Prep Cook

Prep Cook will communicate with management to be notified of specific prep tasks and order, complete the daily prep list, prioritize extra duties from management, and maintain food safety and sanitation by following best practices. Responsibilities include learning multiple line positions, operating kitchen equipment, setting up stations for shifts, prepping items according to recipes and safety standards, keeping stations and equipment clean, ensuring proper portion control and quality, rotating and labeling procedures, communicating with management and team, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires ability to work under pressure with a hospitality-focused, team-oriented attitude, and availability during holidays, nights, and weekends; must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a loud environment.
