Job Summary
Prepare and assemble high-quality menu items for Signature Dining Programs using à la minute cooking techniques and chef-inspired dishes. Assist in consistent food preparation according to proper safety standards while maintaining a clean, sanitized kitchen and workstation. Use culinary talents to create dishes that drive resident satisfaction in state-of-the-art kitchens equipped with top-notch tools. This role requires weekend and holiday availability, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and comfort working in varying temperatures from hot kitchens to cold freezers. Compensation is $18.00 to $19.50 hourly with a 30% food discount at on-site venues.
