Job Summary
We are looking for full-time Prep Cooks for the Graveyard Shift. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, and vegetables according to standardized recipes, ensuring compliance with portion sizes and health standards, maintaining a clean work station, and assisting in food prep as needed. Applicants must have a High School Diploma or GED, be at least 21 years old, have previous cook experience, and a valid SNHD certification.
