Job Summary
The Prep Cook at XRG is responsible for preparing hot and cold restaurant foods, ensuring timely food preparation, and maintaining kitchen equipment. Duties include preparing cooking ingredients and sauces, following prep sheets, ensuring food safety, and assisting chefs. The ideal candidate possesses advanced knife skills, knowledge of food storage, and effective communication abilities. A minimum of one year of related experience is required along with preferred high school diploma and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
- Minimum of one (1) years related experience
