Job Summary
The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing cooking ingredients, sauces, and simple dishes, as well as managing inventory on prep sheets. Duties include preparing a wide range of food items, maintaining safety and sanitation standards, and assisting chefs during service. The role requires effective communication with management and staff, strong knife skills, and adherence to health department guidelines. Qualifications include a preferred high school diploma, eligibility to work in the U.S., and at least one year of related experience.
Required Qualifications

- Valid Driver’s License
- 18+ years of age
- Possession of or the ability to possess all state required work cards
