Job Summary
Chop vegetables, portion proteins, and organize items ahead of service to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. Prepare ingredients according to recipes and instructions while maintaining a clean, organized workstation. Listen to and respond to team member and guest requests in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Work as part of a team to deliver quality, speed, and consistency on our Mexican bowls and burrito menu.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to work well as part of a team
- Food preparation skills (ingredient prep, chopping, portioning)
