Job Summary
Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items for cooking using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment per Daily Prep List; follow standard portion sizes, cooking methods, and recipe specifications; maintain a clean, sanitary work station and rotate products properly; adhere to standard recipe cards and quality standards; participate in opening/closing duties and team meetings, report equipment and product shortages to the Kitchen Manager, and act as a brand ambassador while delivering high-energy hospitality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years full-service restaurant kitchen experience preferred
- Culinary degree preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
- Must possess strong understanding of cooking methods & procedures, and knife handling skills
- Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
