Job Summary

Prep Cook duties include preparing all food items per standard recipes and procedures within time limits, assisting cooks with basic desserts, prepping items according to prep lists and par levels, storing/handling raw or prepared foods, portioning meat/fish/poultry, maintaining a safe, sanitary workstation, following health guidelines and safety regulations, and adhering to uniform, grooming, and sanitation rules. Requires following recipes, measuring ingredients, operating kitchen equipment, and coordinating time, materials, and equipment to minimize waste. Scheduling is hourly and varies with business hours (7 days/week), with shifts starting as early as 9 AM and potentially ending as late as 2 AM. Required Qualifications

  • Basic mathematical skills for measurements
