Prep Cook responsible for washing, peeling, cutting and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; follow food safety and sanitation standards including temperature logging; stock and rotate stations before service; assist with receiving deliveries; keep prep areas and equipment clean; support line cooks during service and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.
