Prep Cook

Prep Cook role at Cotton Patch Cafe (Texas-based brand) handling prep tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; following food safety and sanitation standards including temperature logging; stocking and rotating stations; assisting with receiving deliveries; keeping prep areas clean; supporting line cooks and communicating with the kitchen team.
