Prep Cook

Prep Cook role at Cotton Patch Cafe in Texas; responsibilities include washing, prepping vegetables and proteins to recipe specs, following food safety and sanitation standards with temperature logging, stocking and rotating stations before service, assisting with receiving deliveries, keeping prep areas and equipment clean, and supporting line cooks while communicating clearly with the kitchen team.
