Job Summary
Prep Cook responsibilities include washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; maintaining food safety standards and temperature logging; stocking and rotating prep stations; assisting with deliveries; keeping prep areas and equipment clean; and supporting line cooks during service while communicating with the kitchen team. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of kitchen experience, solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, and a verified food handler certification. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
