Job Summary
Prep Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe (Texas-based brand) – Full-Time and Part-Time roles with flexible scheduling. Responsibilities include washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; following food safety standards and temperature logging; stocking and rotating stations before service; assisting with receiving deliveries; keeping prep areas and equipment clean; and supporting line cooks while communicating with the kitchen team.
Required Qualifications
- Food handler certification required
- 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred
- Solid knife skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
