Job Summary
Prep Cook responsibilities include washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; following food safety standards including temperature logging; stocking and rotating stations before service; assisting with receiving deliveries; keeping prep areas and equipment clean; supporting line cooks during service and communicating clearly with the kitchen team. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of kitchen experience, solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, and a food handler certification. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
