Job Summary
Prep Cook needed at Cotton Patch Cafe to wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; follow food safety standards including temperature logging; stock and rotate stations; assist with receiving deliveries; keep prep areas clean; support line cooks and communicate with kitchen team. 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred; solid knife skills; food safety knowledge; food handler certification required; able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
