Job Summary
Prepare vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; follow food safety and sanitation standards; stock and rotate stations; assist with deliveries; support line cooks and communicate with the kitchen team. Requires 1–2 years kitchen experience preferred, and a food handler certification. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
