Job Summary
Prep Cook role focusing on washing, peeling, cutting, portioning ingredients to recipe specs; uphold food safety standards, log temperatures, stock and rotate prep stations, assist with deliveries, maintain clean prep areas, and support line cooks during service. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years kitchen experience preferred, solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling available (full-time and part-time), paid training, and advancement opportunities in a Texas-based, multi-location cafe.
