Prep Cook

Prep Cook needed at Cotton Patch Cafe to wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables, proteins, and other items to recipe specs; follow food safety standards including temperature logging; stock and rotate stations; assist with receiving deliveries; keep prep areas clean; support line cooks during service and communicate with the kitchen team. Ideal candidate has 1–2 years of kitchen experience, solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, and is reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; flexible scheduling for full-time or part-time roles; paid training and opportunities for advancement in a Texas-based company with multiple locations.
