Job Summary
Prep Cook responsibilities include washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; follow food safety standards with temperature logging; stock and rotate stations; assist with deliveries; keep prep areas clean; support line cooks and communicate with the kitchen team. Requirements include 1–2 years of kitchen experience, solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, food handler certification, ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs, and reliability with punctuality and teamwork.
