Job Summary
Prep Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe in Texas with full-time and part-time opportunities. Prepare vegetables and proteins to recipe specs, follow food safety standards and temperature logging, stock and rotate stations, assist with receiving deliveries, keep prep areas clean, and support line cooks while communicating with the kitchen team. Requires 1–2 years of kitchen experience, solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, and a food handler certification. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs; reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Competitive pay with flexible scheduling and paid training.
