Job Summary
Prep Cook responsibilities include washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; maintaining sanitation and temperature logs; stocking and rotating stations; assisting with deliveries; keeping prep areas clean; and supporting line cooks while communicating with the kitchen team. Requires food handler certification and 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred, solid knife skills, and knowledge of food safety practices. Required Qualifications
