Prep Cook

Prep Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe responsible for washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; maintain food safety and sanitation standards including temperature logging; stock and rotate stations; assist with deliveries; keep prep areas and equipment clean; support line cooks and communicate clearly with the kitchen team. Requires 1–2 years kitchen experience preferred, solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, and ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; certification as a Food Handler is required.
