Prep Cook responsible for washing, prepping vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; follow food safety standards including temperature logging; stock and rotate stations before service; assist with receiving deliveries; keep prep areas and equipment clean; support line cooks during service and communicate clearly with the kitchen team; requires knife skills and knowledge of food safety; ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs; 1–2 years kitchen experience preferred; food handler certification required; flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time positions; based in College Station, TX.
