Job Summary
Prepare vegetables, proteins, and other items to recipe specs; follow food safety standards and temperature logging; stock and rotate prep stations before service; assist with receiving deliveries; keep prep areas and equipment clean; support line cooks during service and communicate clearly with the kitchen team. 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred; solid knife skills; knowledge of food safety practices; food handler certification required; able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
