Job Summary
Prep Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe (Texas-based, 46 locations) prepares vegetables and proteins to recipe specs, washes and portions items, stocks and rotates stations, assists with deliveries, maintains clean prep areas, and supports line cooks. Requires 1–2 years kitchen experience preferred, solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, and a food handler certification. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling available with full-time and part-time options; paid training and advancement opportunities.
