Job Summary
Prep Cook needed at Cotton Patch Cafe. Responsibilities include washing, peeling, cutting and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; following food safety standards and temperature logging; stocking and rotating stations; assisting with deliveries; keeping prep areas clean; supporting line cooks and communicating with the kitchen team. Requirements include 1–2 years kitchen experience preferred, solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, and a food handler certification. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
