Job Summary
Prep Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe responsible for washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; maintaining sanitation and temperature logs; stocking and rotating stations; assisting with receiving deliveries; keeping prep areas and equipment clean; and supporting line cooks during service. Requires solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, and a Food Handler certification. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
