Job Summary
Prep Cook at Cotton Patch Cafe responsibilities include washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; following food safety standards including temperature logging; stocking and rotating stations before service; assisting with receiving deliveries; keeping prep areas and equipment clean; supporting line cooks during service and communicating clearly with the kitchen team. The role requires 1–2 years of kitchen experience (preferred), solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, and a food handler certification.
