Job Summary
Prep Cook with 1–2 years kitchen experience preferred. Responsibilities include washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables and proteins to recipe specs; following food safety standards and temperature logging; stocking and rotating stations; assisting with deliveries; keeping prep areas clean; and supporting line cooks with clear kitchen communication. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Must have solid knife skills, basic cooking techniques, and a reliable, punctual, team-oriented attitude. Flexible scheduling includes full-time and part-time roles with opportunities for paid training and advancement.
