Job Summary
Prep Cook duties include washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning vegetables, proteins, and other items to recipe specs; follow food safety standards including temperature logging; stock and rotate stations before service; assist with receiving deliveries; keep prep areas and equipment clean; support line cooks and communicate clearly with the kitchen team. Requires 1–2 years of kitchen experience preferred, solid knife skills, knowledge of food safety practices, and a food handler certification. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Flexible scheduling available (full-time and part-time) at a Texas-based brand with multiple locations; paid training and opportunities for advancement.
