Job Summary
Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables; portion and wrap food for service or refrigerated storage. Receive and store supplies in designated areas, recording temperatures for refrigerators, freezers, and heating equipment. Serve prepared food to customers, describing items and answering questions regarding portions and packaging. Engage with guests to ensure superior service while maintaining a positive team environment during high volume. Clean, sanitize, and organize work areas, utensils, and equipment including sweeping, mopping, and washing dishes. Follow approved food safety protocols and operational policies to prevent spoilage and maintain facility sanitation.
Required Qualifications
- Schedule: M- F 2:30PM - Close. Occasional Saturday and Sundays.

Desired Qualifications
- Food/Beverage Production — Knowledge of techniques and equipment for preparing, serving, storing and handling food and beverage products.
- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
