Job Summary
Prepare ingredients according to prep list, label and stock ingredients, wash and chop vegetables and meat, arrange ingredients for cooking, perform basic cooking tasks (reduce sauces, parboil), assemble simple dishes such as salads and entrees, maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen, ensure proper food and drink storage, follow nutrition, sanitary and safety guidelines, and collaborate professionally with coworkers and customers while supporting management. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Prep Cook for 1 year
- Basic food handling and preparation knowledge
- Familiarity with health and safety kitchen rules and regulations
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
