Job Summary
Execute daily prep lists to recipe, yield, and standard with precise mise en place, cutting, and portioning. Maintain food safety, storage, and sanitation standards through FIFO, labeling, and dating while keeping walk-in and prep areas clean and organized. Support line setup, restock stations, minimize waste, and assist with receiving deliveries. Complete full cleaning and closing of prep areas. Valid Illinois Food Handler certification required; physically able to lift 50 pounds. Hourly wage $17.05 with health benefits and PTO.
