Job Summary
Prepare meals following Bickford's menus, processes, and expectations, serving food timely, at correct temperatures, and appropriately plated. Ensure Bickford's process is followed during meal service while interacting with residents in the Dining Room to enhance their experience. Wash dishes, pots, and pans per procedure, maintain food service and kitchen records, and store food according to regulatory requirements. Utilize resident meal order forms to track physician-ordered diets, allergies, and preferences. Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule and ensure the Bistro/Beverage Bar is stocked. Coordinate with the Kitchen Manager for tours and events. Full-time roles require 30+ hours weekly; part-time roles require 29 or fewer hours.
