Prepare meals following Bickford’s menus, processes, and expectations; serve food timely and at correct temperatures; interact with residents during meals to enhance dining experience; wash dishes; follow Kitchen Daily Task Guide; use Meal Order Information to follow diets and allergies; maintain regulatory-compliant food records; store food per policies; adhere to cleanliness standards; stock Bistro/Beverage Bar and coordinate with Kitchen Manager for tours/events.
