Job Summary
Domino’s Prep Cook handles food safety, dough prep, and product readiness to support line cooks in a fast-paced Domino’s kitchen. Responsibilities include receiving deliveries, dating, rotating and storing products, prepping according to Domino’s Standards, dough proofing for 24 hours, maintaining proper temperatures, checking refrigeration temperatures, dating products, restocking prep-area supplies, and reporting safety hazards. Requires strong time management, communication, problem solving, and the ability to stand 8-10 hours and lift at least 30 pounds. Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required; on-the-job training provided; a high school diploma or equivalent is a plus. The environment is a warm, bustling Domino’s restaurant with emphasis on sanitation and food safety procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimal work experience; 1 year restaurant experience is a plus
- Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate
- Ability to stand or walk for 8-10 hour shifts and lift at least 30 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Willingness to comply with all food safety procedures
